The Coleção Meira Mattos (CMM) is a non-profit academic journal based on the Open Access policy and created for and by the entire scientific community interested in the area of Defense. The CMM is a space for dissemination and dialogue for studies of relevance to scholars and professionals and published by the Meira Mattos Institute of the Army Command and General Staff College (ECEME).
